Sadly in January I ordered a hoodie. The products shown are beautiful, the ones with the arora on them. It took me a bit to decide because I liked them all. I just received it last week and it looks nothing like the one on their site. The color is grainy and what I think are supposed to be snowflakes, just looks like places the dye didn't take. It's ugly. It took longer than it should have to find their contact information so I could email them. At least they responded quickly. Their excuses were "The color shading is unavoidable due to different mobile display. Also, different computer monitors also can cause chromatic aberration." It seems like the first excuse they're admitting that it's bait & switch. They originally offered me a refund of $8 USD and a 20% discount on my next order. An $8 refund on a $36 hoodie is lame and I wouldn't risk getting something else like this so there will be no more ordering. If I walked into a store and saw something like this I wouldn't buy it. It's ugly. I really don't know how they stay in business. UPDATE: Seeing their response here.... They did offer a sad partial refund saying that if I wanted a full refund I had to mail the product back to the merchandiser in CHINA and request a refund from them. Sorry, but you should be aware of the products and the quality of the products you are selling on your site! YOU are responsible for that!

Terrible quality. Print is out of focus and fuzzy. Size is way off (4x smaller). Material is stiff shiny polyester. Nothing like what is pictured. Not bothering to return. Would cost me as much to ship back. These are going into the garbage. It's a shame. They show beautiful designs on the website and I'd pay double if they were of proper quality. **update. They did not email me. I'm also not paying to return these. I already spent way too much money on them.

Your shirt choices are amazing. My only issue was finding what I wanted. I was just browsing and unsure of what I was looking for. I found a couple I liked and searched the type of animal in your search bar. Maybe having them further divided into type of animal initially would be better.

A great selection of beautiful clothing. I just wish there was a list or save button so I can return without having to go through all the pages again.
