I had difficulty choosing the colour hat I wanted. I am hoping the hats will both be pink although the picture is of a white hat.
Response from DashingsoulOct 25, 2024
Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your feedback regarding the color selection of the hats. We have updated the image on our website to reflect the correct pink color for the hats. You can be assured that you will receive the pink hats as requested. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

The package never arrived. I contacted them and they promised a refund if I provided a document from the carrier confirming that they delivered it (already silly, since we all had a tracking). For a month of back and forth they were not satisfied with the documents I provided because they didn't use EXACTLY the wording they wanted. Eventually they accepted the document and said they would start an investigation that would take "few business days". That was 16 days ago. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM.

Complete scam. Never got product, and now I have a bunch of spammy paypal emails. I should know better than to buy cute-looking stuff off Fbook. Shame on me

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a fraud. They never sent my full order. They strung me along like they were going to. When I disputed it with my credit card company they lied showing they had delivered one correct item claiming it was the full order. They blocked my email so I could not communicate with them. They had no intention of making it right. Do not do business with them! Buyer beware!

A month after purchasing shirts from this website they are attempting to use my credit card to purchase other things! Luckily I used a virtual card but my credit card company advised me to remove "dashingsouls" access to my virtual card...so its specificly this company!!! SCAM!!! They did send me the product I requested but the cut was terrible and odd. The fabric was terrible and odd and it shrinks every time I wash it....and it's mindblowing they are trying to use my credit card a month later.

It’s a scam. The quality of the products are so poor and they don’t even look close to what they are on the website. I tried to return and get a refund but it was so difficult to return the product and cost a lot. They offered a refund but less than 20% of what I paid. I am so disappointed and sad to know this kind of company exists. I didn’t want to give even one star. *Update: I contacted them again because of the comment below but they didn’t even try to solve the problem. They think leaving the trash at my home and giving me only 20% refund was good enough. Now, I’m upset with myself for falling for this scam. Update: They say they want to solve the problem but it seems like they don’t mean it.
