When I have received frozen foods for my dog on 06/06/2026, I realized most of them were deforested and some of them were fully deforested. Anyway, I put them in the freezer right away. I emailed customer service and let them know about this issue. I was not sure I am able to feed this re-frozen food to my dog, and I am not comfortable to do it. I got an answer back quickly from them. I was told they will process another order exactly same order I made previously with no charge. Also, they gave me some explanation regarding deforested frozen foods. Today I have received the order you provided as a gift.It was amazing. Thank you so much for your help and support

Hi Yeon, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, and I’m truly sorry that part of your 06/06 shipment arrived thawed. That’s never the experience we want for you or your dog. You did exactly the right thing by reaching out and by not feeling comfortable serving refrozen food. I’m glad our team was able to respond quickly, explain what happened, and get a replacement order sent at no charge. It’s wonderful to hear that your replacement shipment arrived safely today. We appreciate your patience and the chance to make this right.

The packaging was terrific and the product arrived solidly frozen considering the high temperatures we're experiencing right now. Customer service is attentive and very professional. Our dogs love this food and "woof" it down.

Hi Beverly, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re happy to hear that your order arrived solidly frozen, even with the high temperatures lately, and that the packaging held up well. Our team works hard to make sure every shipment stays safe in transit, and it’s wonderful to know that it came through for you. We also appreciate your kind words about our customer service. And the image of your dogs “woofing” down their meals absolutely made our day. We’re grateful to be part of their routine.
