Love this food! My dog had no problems transitioning to it and is very excited for every meal. The only negative thing I have experienced is with the packaging. It sometimes leaks and there have been times it arrived damaged or punctured. I sent a picture of the damage and Darwins usually offers a credit or refund for that meal. The customer service is always very responsive and helpful!

I'm new to raw cat food. Darwin's made the information I needed to make decisions about raw cat food easy to access and understand. Customer service was very helpful when I had questions. All around I've had a positive experience. My cats have been eating Darwin's for about 12 weeks now, and their health is excellent. I highly recommend Darwins.

Amazing service, delivery, communication & the food is wonderful! Our chocolate lab is 5 yrs old & has been on Darwin’s food for 4 1/2 years. Her coat is super shiny, her teeth & gums are clean, her energy & strength are superb. Our little girl has needed very few vet visits & each time the vet comments on all of the above strengths. ❤️

Raw pet food has proved to be a game changer for our 2 Westies. More energetic, less skin issues, and they love it. We had tried 2 other types of raw dog food before stumbling onto Darwins. Product is so much better than the others we tried. Plus Darwins will work with you to make changes and fix problems if they ever arise. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Very happy with the raw food and with customer service the few times I have dealt with them. Our cats really appreciate the food and only care that we continue providing it to them.
