I've been very happy with Darwin's raw dog food for my dog after her vet recommended it for supporting her kidney health. I'm so grateful to have been able to afford this food because it truly has helped my sweet pup and reversed her stage 1 kidney failure! She's had normal lab results for almost 2 years now since making the switch to Darwin's. I'll never go back to kibble for any of my future pets after seeing how great this has been. Additionally, the few times I've had to contact customer service they have been quick to respond and are very helpful.

The June order went wrong; the UPS was supposed to come on Wednesday, but got delayed, and it was delivered on Thursday. The meat came defrosted. Not sure if it's healthy, immediately transferred to the freezer, im cancelling the Darwin foods

I was referred to Darwin’s service through another company than could no longer deliver. I have been pleasantly surprised with Darwin’s service and products.

Dog loved the food but had delivery issues. The driver kept leaving shipment on top of my wall where porch pirates can see it, I also have a bad shoulder that made it difficult to lift box off of the wall. I called and requested that the driver drop box at my front door. Darwin's left a note for the driver to drop at front door and they still continued to put box on my wall.

Darwin’s has provided great nutrition to our two dogs for over a decade. Our male dog as a puppy would not eat kibble and wet dog food gave him so much gas and stomach issue that we were losing hope for a healthy dog. And when we landed on Darwin’s, from his first bite he LOVED IT! His overall health improved as well as additional bonus. Our two dogs have been on Darwin’s ever since! Their customer service is also fantastic! The few times I had issue with them over the years they easily to communicate with and resolve our issue.
