Was having some issues a while back with deliveries and quality but both have since been resolved and things have been great. My very first shipment came late, damaged and thawed. I called customer service and actually talked to a human very quickly. They addressed the issue with no questions asked and resent my order. 2nd order arrived without a problem and my dog is thriving on this diet. I also feel this product is very cost effective for a raw diet. I would recommend Darwins to any pet owner.
