I have been using Darwins cat and dog food for years and all of my fur babies. Love it not to mention customer service is always stellar.

Great customer service and very helpful when I’ve needed assistance on my orders!

The company is doing well to provide frozen food for my dog. They have had some issues from time to time, but they hurry to make things right.

My dog loves their food! Also, her digestion is so much better, her coat is also softer and Ive noticed she is not as itchy as she usually was. Also, not sure if related but her gland issues have also lessened making our trips to the vet, less! We also enjoy communicating with Darwins, they are very responsive, knowledgeable and kind!

People don’t call Dunken a “sweet old feller” any longer since he got the spring back in his step! I swear feeding him Darwin’s took 5 years off of him.

Darwin’s was introduced to me in January of 2021 when our rescue puppy was dealing with a lot of health issues such as round worms, fleas and yeast when she was rescued at just 11 weeks old. We knew we had to get our fur-pup healthy and it started with clean eating other than highly processed junk known as kibble. Working a crazy schedule I did not have the time to source raw and balanced diet or prep properly for our pups and at the time Darwin’s was highly recommended. We have been a customer since. The reasons for the 4 out of 5 star review is the following: well the synthetic ingredients I would rate a 3 star & the packaging I’ll give a 4 star review. Not a fan of the synthetic ingredients used but far better than kibble! Although I like the portioned 4 packs, when thawing there is always a pack or two that will leak and drain juices prior to separating each packet that’s annoying. On the other hand customer service is a 5 star review always pleasant reps who are knowledgeable and striving for customer satisfaction. They can’t fix what might be broken without communication! They’ve ALWAYS exceeded my expectations and a reason I am still with them today!

It’s very easy to order and to feed my dogs this food and they love it. Win win win.

Everything arrived on time and frozen. My only comment is that the sampler pack, which I ordered because I wanted to see what flavors my kitten prefers, includes twice as much beef as the other flavors. Beef is the one flavor he does not like, so now I am stuck with a lot of meat taking up freezer space.
