Brodie is 13 1/2 years young. He loves the turkey patties. West Highland terriers can live to 17-18. I believe his diet is what is helping him be strong. You are what you eat!

Hi Barbara, Thank you for sharing about Brodie! We love hearing that at 13½ years young, he's still strong, active, and enjoying his favorite turkey patties. It's wonderful to know that you feel his diet has contributed to his health and vitality over the years. We’re honored to be a part of Brodie’s journey and hope he continues to thrive for many more happy years to come. Thank you for being a valued member of the Darwin’s family!

My two kitties who get Darwin’s raw food love it! One is older, and both had to have teeth removed right after I adopted them, due to advanced periodontal disease. I want them to have the best possible diet, and yup, they’re flourishing! Our order arrives on time, and solidly frozen, with some CO2 ice still there. You do the very best! Thank you for wonderful food and the best service. -Nancy

Delivery service is outstanding! He’s such a great guy! Product is excellent. Excellent quality. I don’t love the packaging and would love to see new packaging that is easier to open and not so messy to use. Thanks!

We have been using Darwin for a very long time now, but I have noticed that the quality of shipping has declined greatly. We now live on a ranch with gate access only, and twice now, the box has been dumped at the gate. I'm not sure who you are using to deliver, but the box was so damaged, it almost looked round. I am happy to provide you with the gate codes, but I do need the package delivered to my home, not the gate. Thank you, Vern
Response from Darwin's Natural Pet ProductsOct 6, 2026
Hello Vern, We are sorry to hear about the damage to your shipment. I have requested that a Customer Service Manager reach out to you regarding the gate code and to review the damage to your order. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
