Darwin’s makes excellent quality food my dogs love

I don't write reviews very often but I decided to try Darwin's because my cat, Erwin, was struggling with frequent diarrhea, vomiting, and seemed to be too skinny for his size - all this despite being on the highest quality canned food I could find (all meat, no seed oils or weird chemicals). I started off by switching out half his regular canned food for Darwin's and OVERNIGHT there was no more diarrhea, no more vomiting, and within two weeks I noticed he had put on some much-needed weight. I'm truly amazed. Also, I did the calculation and it turns out Darwin's is actually cheaper by weight than the canned food. So we're never going back and I am a very happy customer!!

When I needed clarification on my change in subscription order, Customer Service was very responsive and helpful in making that change. I have relyed on the company for years to provide quality frozen cat food delivered to my door.

The quality of pet food is great and never been a problem. The issues are with their online scheduling system/recurrent shipment program. Every time we make an adjustment online for the upcoming shipment there has been some sort of problem. We’ve had issues with everything from missed shipments, double shipments, (with double payments withdrawn) to having our shipment sent to an old address not used for deliveries in over 3 years.

Transparent changes to recipes are communicated and timely delivery. My cat loves the turkey recipe in particular, especially heated up with a little boiling water and sometimes in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
