I recently ordered six of the maxi skirts from this company and I never received them. I immediately contacted them and Nicole was ever so pleasant. In handling the situation. She made sure that I was compensated by sending out a new order for me I would definitely be purchasing from this company again

I ordered 2 skeins of yarn - never received. The package was delivered and it was completely empty - I still have the package. I didn't open it or reseal it. It is obviously empty. After much ado to re-order the yarn, the cancelled the order because they said they shipped the yarn and would no longer do business with me. I work retail, I would not screw someone out of product. They won't answer their phone or respond to messages. I'm furious. It's amazing that once you post a bad review, they try to apologize. They weren't will to help me before the reviews. I would never and will never do business with them again. There are too many good yarn companies out there that value their customers.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration and distress this situation has caused. That is absolutely not the experience we want for any of our customers, especially someone who understands retail and clearly acted in good faith. An empty package is understandably upsetting, and we recognize that this can happen due to issues during transit that are completely outside of your control. I sincerely apologize if our previous communication or actions made you feel unheard or unfairly treated. We would like the opportunity to review this again and look into what happened. If you’re willing, please reply with photos of the packaging you received (including the shipping label and the empty contents) so we can escalate this internally and reassess the situation with our team. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely want to make this right and appreciate your patience while we investigate further. -DGY Team

No way to track your order unless you download an app and agree to be spammed CONSTANTLY. No customer service except patronizing AI bots. They've ruined my daughter's Christmas. Don't let the ruin yours!

Hello Joe, We are truly sorry for your experience and for the frustration this caused, especially during the holidays. We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping and for how our automated replies came across. That is not the level of service we strive to provide. We understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly when the order was meant for your daughter’s Christmas. Your feedback about order tracking and our AI system is important, and we will be sharing it with our team so we can improve both communication and customer support. At this point, your order is on its way and is expected to arrive shortly after Christmas, following the holiday shipping delays. Again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. -DGY Team

I have been doing business with Darn GoodYarn for more than 10 years and have never had an issue that has not been resolved quickly. They are very proactive for their customers and their company mission has not changed. I love my clothing but I love and trust the company behind it.

I recently moved and didn’t switch my new address to my “default” address, but Darn Good Yarn kindly reshipped my package.

Their yarn is expensive and I’ve gotten multiple orders where the yarn arrives covered in hair and dirt as if it was stored on the floor. The package itself is not damaged so it’s not gotten dirty through transit. The yarn is often not as pictured on the website. They make it impossible to return anything because they claim they have restocking fees which is just ridiculous. Also you get bombarded by emails but their product selection is limited. I no longer subscribe or shop here.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience with our yarn and service. Cleanliness and quality are top priorities for us, so it's very concerning to learn that your yarn arrived in that condition. We also understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn't match expectations or when return policies feel restrictive. We appreciate your comments regarding our pricing, product selection, and email communications. This kind of feedback helps us identify areas for improvement. While we regret that we’ve lost you as a customer, we respect your decision and will take your feedback seriously as we work to do better. If you'd be open to it, we’d love the chance to learn more and make things right. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team directly at [email protected]. Thank you! -DGY Team
