Order was here as expected, thanks for the great customer support and the phantastic goods

Amazing store! I have found all my favourite brands in one place. Clothes I have order came extra fast. Costumer service is excellent. I will definitely order again and again..

Awesome site! A huge selection of alternative styles in a varied selection of sizes! I've recently started transitioning back into my Gothic style from my younger years, and was worried about sizing since goth is more of a specialty style. However I was pleased to see they carry a lot in XS, and that I wouldn't have to get my purchases sized down. Several great brands are available on their site, my favorites being Devil Fashion and Dark In Love. And the customer service is phenomenal! I ordered a cappa that was evidently out of stock, and was immediately contacted asking if there was anything I would like as a replacement, never mind the cost difference! I couldn't decide on anything, so I was refunded AND they asked my preferred sizes and sent me an awesome top for free! Literally THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced whether shopping in a store or online. A customer for life!

The best store for Punk Rave items! Fast shipping! Love their clothes! Will continue to shop here!

Great communication. Love the products I ordered. Unfortunately they contacted me twice on separate occasions to tell me they were out of stock of my original requested orders, which I really wanted. They did not offer to refund me but forced me to order something else.

Super fast shipping. Great service. Overall good experience will be shopping here again.

First time buys and amazed at the quality and supper fast shipping especially during the pandemic. I am exceptionally happy with the attention to detail and quality of the material. Definitely will not be my last purchase from Darkincloset.

First time ordering from this store, great variety of items and they shipped really quick and got them within a few days. Will definitely order more in the future.
