I cannot fault this company. The measuring guide is spot on so my coat is a perfect fit. It is very beautiful and seems very well made. The company kept updated me regularly about my shipping so from my experience, the customer service was excellent. I love my coat!

I love everything I get. I don't like the whole shipping thing during the covid 19 because it seems to take longer. they ship as fast as they can and they keep up communication so it's not their fault. One time I ordered a Cape and they didn't have it and it took a long time to get my refund. I've ordered several things since then and have been very happy.

I had a very best shopping experience with dark in closet. There are two steampunk dress by Dark in love are my favorite and I got them cheaper than Dark in Love Official Website. The customer service system also is very efficient because they give notice for package delivered check. I would like to shop again on Dark in Closet.

Always ships out early and comes in great condition. They cater to all different styles and communication is wonderful! I've bought from DarkinCloset multiple times and they never dissapoint.

I recently bought a pair of pants and some gloves from them during a sale from them. The gloves weren't in stock, and they let me know right away after I placed the order. They did ask me if I wanted another pair of gloves, and while I wasn't interested in what was in stock, they offered similar options for what was in stock. A compromise was reached with offering me a coupon ($20) which was slightly more than the sale value of the gloves (the gloves being $18 at sales price instead of $23 at regular price). The rest of the order (the pants) came in...much faster than expected. I expected to wait at least a week given general international shipping procedures and the pandemic--but I ended up getting it in about four days after the order had been shipped and we reached the compromise. The pants came, and they were as described. No complaints there. Not only were they courteous enough to keep me informed of any other order changes, they put in a few extra surprise gifts. And they let me know that the coupon was good for the year. I'm definitely coming back to them once I get the chance. I look forward to doing business with DIC again.
