Great customer service. Reached out several times with updates. Very personal. No automated messages. Fast shipping. Seem to genuinely care about my order. Dress and pants I ordered are good quality. Will order again.

Seller was very professional and the clothing I ordered was quality and exactly what I was looking for. I originally expected cheaper material and to my surprise the materials and buckled were great quality. Will definitely buy from them again

Dark in Closet have been nothing but wonderful to shop at. The first dress I choose for myself was sadly out of stock. So they emailed me and asked if I wanted to choose another or be refunded. My second choice was from the prom dress tab, so they emailed me right away to let me know it would take a bit longer time for me to recive it and asked for when I needed it. I got the dress just in time and it was wonderfull, I got so many compliments and I felt so beautiful. Amazing quality and even prettier in reality than in the pictures. They even emailed me to make sure I had recieved the dress in time. Will shop at Dark in Closet again and again and recommend to all my friends.

I loved what I bought and received. Something was out of stock that didn’t show properly on the website but they let me know of it right away and let me substitute it for another option which was honestly hard to choose because they have so many options. And because online sizes can be tricky I had questions which were answered and helped me choose the right size. The customer service has been amazing along with the products which look exactly like in the pictures. I was happy to receive the products almost basically a few days after ordering them. All in all great customer service and products. The product selection is crazy because I want it all.
