These items are not poorly-remade knockoffs of other successful brands; these items are the real deal. The customer service has been fantastic! Each time I order from this company, I am updated on the progress of my order. When I do receive my order, they send me an email to check that I have received all I have paid for, and if I am satisfied with my purchase. I really appreciate how professional and considerate this company has been towards me, and I will definitely be purchasing from them again in this new year.
