I've had very pleasant experience with Darkincloset. They are eager to help and they reply pretty quick. I accidently ordered the wrong size, I emailed them and they quickly replied and confirmed they'll send the right one. I received my package pretty fast and they sent me an email asking if the package arrived, which is really nice.

This was my first time shopping DarkInCloset. First I want to compliment their excellent customer service. Very fast and efficient. My original item ordered was no longer in stock, so they gave me a coupon I was able use for another garment. Everything I received is such nice quality, and the size measurements are accurate if you measure yourself correctly. These may look like costumes, but they have very good quality fabric and stitching. I will definitely shop again at DarkInCloset . I also want to mention they have the largest selection of mens Gothic clothing I have been able to find online, and each garment I've purchased has come quickly and matched photos exactly.
