Great customer service! An item I ordered was not in stock so they offered me a free gift for the trouble! Loved my items and definitely will be ordering lots more in the future! Thank you so much!

I'm really happy with the experience I had with them! They have amazing customer service - when several articles of what I wanted weren't available in my size, they suggested different options that were equally amazing. They helped me pick the correct sizes for everything - and the delivery is quick! They made sure everything had arrived even after I got the package. I would absolutely recommend this shop for everyone who wants goth/steampunk clothes.

I actually made a mistake when ordering shoes (wrong size!) but when I contacted the store hours and hours after my order, they said they could make the change, no problem. I was elated when the boots arrived, they fit wonderfully and are good quality. Shipping was much faster than expected, as well.

Beautiful clothing and fantastic customer service! They kept me well aware of the status of my package. This shop has a variety of gorgeous/high quality styles to choose from. I will certainly be buying again.

I ordered my wedding dress here a year ago, and it ended up being just perfect. Now I ordered another dress and still perfect. Will order more! And customer service is great!

The shirt I ordered fit well. It was exactly the style I was scouring the internet for. They shipment arrived in a timely manner, and the company made sure it was delivered. Thanks for the great service. I highly recommend DarkinCloset!
