Wonderful dress with good cloth, fast delivery. I'm happy :)

Just last year my daughter and I were just looking for anything Goth and then I thought...we might as well look for something to wear next year for prom. My daughter is not a dress person but to my surprise she found the MOST AMAZING DRESS on darkincloset and wanted that for her prom. Fast forward to now, we are having a DIY prom this year but she has tried this dress on and feels so comfortable, happy and GOTH!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

When I tried ordered the one I was really looking forward but eventually it was out of stock I was bit sad. Eventually they were really generous to change my order to something else. Which I was appreciated. I will look forward to getting new clothes in future. thank you Darkincloset

I ordered a wedding gown through dark in closet and I'm so happy I chose this dress. The customer service was amazing and they were very prompt returning emails during their business hours (I'm on the other side of the world) as well as very thorough to make sure I sent the correct custom measurements. I requested to have the dress slightly altered to not include a specific design and they accommodated me with no issues. The dress took about a month to custom make which I expected and once the dress shipped I received it within a week. I did have to get some further alterations done however I fully expected that since no wedding dress fits perfect when you buy it. The alterations I need are minor and not because of a mistake they made. The dress is gorgeous and I cannot wait to wear it at my wedding!

Fast delivery and an incredible good costumer service (they constantly ask if the parcel arrived, if everything is in order, etc).

The masks I ordered arrived quickly. They are of great quality and I get compliments on them all the time. 10/10 would recommend.
