Really bad. I ordered two coats, I didn't receive them so I emailed to the owner. He said, that OK he will sent them now (??). Then they came late, I returned them bc didn't like them. 4 weeks after I got the same package here in my post office, and the reason was that the owner didn't pick the package for some reason when it had arrived. I contacted them and wanted all my money back because I paid for sending the package back to owner and he didn't pick it. The owner said, I can keep both coats (~200 euros). I asked he would pay me the postage money back bc he didn't pick my return, the answer was "why I would have to pay you more????" They said they loose so much money because they gave me the coats for free that they don't have to pay me for postage costs. And this converstation happened via Facebook messenger, bc they didn't answer my emails... AVOID

STAY AWAY. I ORDERED 400$ OF SHIRTS, THIS IS A DROPSHIPPING SITE THEY HAVE THEIR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA ALTHOUGH THEY SAY THEY HAVE IT IN THE UK. ITEMS ARE NOT TRUE SIZE, THEY ARE ASIANS SIZE SO THEY FIT BAD. THEY MAKE CUSTOMERS BELIEVE THEY MAKE REFUNDS, BUT ITS NOT TRUE. THEY TOLD ME TO SELL MY CLOTHES ON EBAY AND REFUSED TO REFUND. I OPENED A PAYPAL CONTESTATION CAUSE THE SHIRTS WERE OVERLY BIG. NOT A SIZE S AT ALL AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME REFUND. NOT ONLY I HAVE TO SEND BACK EVERYTHING TO CHINA, BUT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE CHINA ADRESS TO SEND THE ITEMS BACK, THEY KEEP REPEATING ME TO GIFT THOSE CLOTHES TO MY FRIENDS.

Trash. My friend directed me to this site, and I fell in love with some of the products. She asked me to order something for her birthday and I wanted to get a few things also. So I submitted my order and then waited. I sorta expected there to be shipping delays but when nothing showed up, I checked my email to see if I got any notifications. Turns out they were out of a few things and asked if I wanted to exchange them for something else. Obviously I was bummed but stuff happens, so I said I didn’t need them and just wanted a refund for the items they didn’t have in stock. They never answered me after that and I waited a week to reach out to them again because my friend and I still never received any product. When I reached out to DITC about it, they offered me a coupon. A coupon. Not my refund. Not even a store credit. A COUPON ? I said that I would just like my refund and that if I ever received anything that I would return it without even opening the box because by now I was already just DONE with the runaround. It’s been over a month now and we o my received a single necklace... it’s not even the one I ordered. So I left a review of my experience, much like I am with this one, and I finally got a response... They asked me to TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW and they would send me the refund. I’m pretty sure that’s just extortion but I’ll leave that for you to decide. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Scam, I ordered comforters off this website in September, and while I didn't notice a problem until October of customer service trying to contact me about out of stocks, I'm not sure why it is even listed as available on site if it is out of stock. Not to mention I was back and forth with the customer service rep for a long time as they were unclear in what they were asking. I only ever got one replacement comforter for the original 2 I ordered and am out 170 some odd dollars now with no product in sight. I'm so frustrated and want my money back because it was my friend's silly specific present they wanted from this site exactly. Who has the time to follow up over and over and over on a purchase like this? Not me. Unfortunately I work a hectic schedule and can't spend all this time begging for something that I already PAID FOR. So yeah, I'm a 'little' steamed.

Total problem with refund of money. After time of refund they told me that they have busy season. In the end i had to send a message every day, and waiting for refund. Such a stress

This place is a total scam!!! Will not honor my return request despite me being in the time frame and sending pictures with the tags on. They told me to "regift it or sell it on ebay!!" DO NOT SHOP HERE!

They talked me out of sending something back and promised to give me a partial refund and then never did and stopped responding. Then they claimed they gave me a refund but I never got it. BS ass China company!

BUYER BEWARE - TOTAL FAKE, COMPANY IS IN CHINA, NOT THE UK...to start with... I was looking at a coat on the Dark In Love website, but they didn't have my size. I started noticing that Dark in Love (who's legitimacy I am also questioning) apparently sells their clothing on various other gothic clothing websites, so I decided to look around to see if any other sites had the coat I wanted in my size. The DarkinCloset site APPARENTLY did...and honestly, I should've trusted my instincts on this one, because just looking at the website you can tell that it's not quite legit (for example, there's not really a detailed description of the item). However because they had the same photos with the same model from the Dark in Love website, I thought perhaps they were a registered distributor and went with it. When I received the coat, the first thing I noticed was that it was not fully lined and warm like the description of the same coat on the Dark in Love site - only the upper half of the coat is lined, and the lining is very thin; if you hold the coat up to the light you can see through both the lining AND the velvet. Then I saw that there was no tag sewn in to the color of the item; in fact, you can tell that it has been removed as there are two seams/slits where the tag had been slashed out! And of course, yes, the package was from China, not the UK as stated on the site. They did email me to make sure I received the package, and that's when I told them I would be returning the item. Now they are asking me what's wrong with it, and to SEND THEM PICTURES OF THE ITEM WITH THE TAG STILL ON. Of course a legitimate company would never do this. So after reading the other reviews on here, most likely I will just try and sell the item on ebay or Facebook, and keep it if I can't. I will say that it is pretty and does fit correctly. But I feel pretty nauseous about having given this company $106 of my money, especially during a pandemic. I wish I had just kept saving and given my money to someone worthy on Etsy!
