I am filming a theme based video. The clothes on your site are perfect. I got my item in less time than expected.

When ever I order from them I’m always satisfied, the prices are a little high but the quality is good so I don’t mind spending more for the stuff I want.

I got what i asked for , the dress was authentic but it had a little bit of threading pulled out the chest area nothing major but the delivery time was quick .. overall i’d purchase from the website again because the customer service was excellent

I ordered a size Medium and received an XS, but it fit anyway so I don't really have any qualms. Fast shipping and they keep in contact with you throughout the process, which I really appreciate.

Shipping: I had to email them when the dress did not arrive as planned, but they responded quickly. Knowing that it was being shipped from a China in a middle of a pandemic, I was understanding and asked if they could at least get it shipped within 2 weeks. It arrived sooner than that. Dress: it’s for my daughters prom (which may be cancelled) so we wanted to get it in time in case it didn’t work. We were careful with the measurements that were posted online and ordered up a size . When we got it , so glad we did order up because if it were any smaller Id have to try to fix it myself. It is snug but corset is nice and well made. The bottom is OK. I like how you can turn the bottom inside out and it’s like a big bag for storage. I would suggest the company make larger sizes. My daughter is very tall and she loves your clothes but she needs a larger size with a bit more room Customer service: they were really responsive to my emails, perhaps it was because I was polite and not crabby like some of the other reviewers I’ve read so far. And they followed up after to check to see if I liked it. When it came down to it, this is just a dress, and there are people dying and sick, losing their jobs all over the world. The dress could wait .

Placed my second order with Darkin. The item is outstanding quality again and in my opinion worth the price. The delivery times are a bit long, so leave yourself plenty of time if you need it for a specific event, maybe 3-4 weeks (uk). All my items have been worth the wait. There was a problem with my order at customs, but I was contacted and told about it and It was resolved quickly. 4 stars because their delivery times do need work. Will order again.
