This is a scam shop, the measurments are all wrong. They don't have info on thier website about returning policy, just "we will give you address when you will decide to return the product". It's an "english shop" I thought, but they send clothes directly from China and there they want to return it for a very high amount of money. So most of the clients don't do it, so they are happy that they keep the money. For all dissatisfied people they say "sell it, trim it, I don't care". We posted one bad opinion because we were frustrated after thousands of copy paste e-mails, and they response that they won't do anything until we will delete it, which sounds like blackmailing and controlling all the opinions, what gives me a conclusion that this shop should have many more 1 star opinions.

This shop is a scam. It is not a real shop, only a middleman/front for a Chinese factory. If you have any problem you are left without any help as you would have to send it back to the Chinese factory on your own and pay for shipping (often more than the product itself). They made sure that it is not posted on the site, only saying that the return address will be sent back when you have a problem. That way you cannot made informed choice that it is not worth the risk. The sizes on the site are not correct too. You can mesure yourself and pick based on their tabe but it still will be wrong size. Support does not want to help either, every message is just copy paste formula without any try to understand your problem. It is just a scam site that wants you to buy something an then forgets that you are customer, after you send them money, you are liability. If you are thinking about using this site, please reconsider not doing it and save yourself from problems.

Instead of accepting a return they told me to resell the item on ebay. Here is the email: Is it ok that we refund you 15 dollars and you keep it? You can sell it to others on eBay or send it to your friends as a gift. considering I spent $60, 15 is a joke. They then said they were sending me the refund and never sent it. I had to follow up for months. They didn't ask where to credit the 15. After months of this, they offer me a COUPON to their site. lol what? It was only after I threatened to email the brands they worked with that they finally gave me the refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter ordered a prom dress from them and it was very difficult to even get it on and keep it up so she wanted to return it and possibly order a new one from them. We contacted them the very same day it was delivered to us and even though they say you can return within a week - you can’t! They said since it was a prom dress it isn’t returnable because they are custom made. What? We just ordered a size small from their options, no custom measurements at all! Now we are out $200 and have a dress we can’t even use. Horrible customer service - will never order from them again and I will continue to tell others not to as well! Update - we emailed them again and explained the item doesn’t fit correctly and could they do something - we were told they still won’t take it back but we can take it to have it tailored ourselves and they would give us a $10 store credit - like that would even cover a small part of a tailor’s fee or like we would wan to order from them again! After this I’ve been told from others that they keep their reviews good by basically only agreeing to help/refund people who take down negative reviews. Buyer beware.

Their return policy is a lie. I ordered over $800 of items, double-checking their size chart. Shipping was expensive at over $60, but it seemed okay with how much was ordered. Unfortunately, despite carefully double-checking measurements AND the size chart for EACH ITEM, almost nothing fit properly. (There was one exception, and two items could fit well enough that I was willing to keep them.) Additionally, the items were stinky and some were incredibly dirty. Like, it was gross. I contacted them, they refused a refund several times, before finally saying I could have one, but instead of being returned to them directly, I had to send it to their warehouse in China, over $100 in shipping. I was pissed, but resolved ot just not do business with them again, paid the shipping, sent them the label, and waited. That was in early September. It's now almost February. I've since filed a complaint with paypal that MIGHT get me a FRACTION of what I'm owed, and even that will basically be half the value of the clothing after all the shipping fees I paid. Never, ever use them. If you see something you like, look for the brand instead. Terrible company.

Wouldn't let me exchange something that came in the wrong size. I'm out a large amount of money because they want me to take it to a tailor to have it stretched to fit me. Wouldn't an exchange be easier? I guess not.

Ordered 3 items for my daughter. First, it runs REALLY small. Second, it ships directly from china so they are marking it up at least 70 percent. Third, they won’t take returns. Instead tried to get me to buy a larger size at a discounted rate and try to sell the smaller sizes online myself. So basically I’m out $200. Then this morning I see that they charged my card on PayPal to ship me the larger sizes even though I never authorized it. Not a reputable company at all.

Scam company! They claim to be based in the UK, but the package arrived from China. They have absolutely extortionate prices for terrible quality clothing, as well as having the tags ripped off upon arriving so I couldn't even ask for a refund! I've also seen the exact same clothes (same models, images etc) on other websites with "dark in" in the name, so I'm assuming they're running this horrible business across multiple sites. I'm genuinely terribly disappointed because I've never found a legit site that sells items like these 😭
