When it turned out that the corset that I wanted was not in stock, the company emailed me directly and asked me to choose a new one, and gave me options that looks similar. When I did not see the email, they even texted me to say “hey ! We sent you an email and didn’t get a response !” so communicative, so nice, so helpful!
