On may 5th, I ordered 7 items from your website stating that my items were in stock along with their advertisement stating “if u order before 2pm it will be shipped that day” Fast forwarding to May 9th, I received a partial of the order that day(1 out of 7 items) Using the delivery tracking app the website suggested came to find out All the items I order all have different tracking numbers and they r being shipped SEPARATELY! I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED due to the fact that the advertisement stated on the website wasn’t lived up to. David

I still haven’t gotten my package yet :(

Sent the wrong product, customer service was not helpful

Company stated orders placed after 5pm EST would be delivered after 2 business days. After 5 business days my bong remained unshipped so I contacted customer support to no response. The only contact I’ve gotten are spam emails for reviews, even after I placed a claim on my credit card.

One of my products didn’t even show nor does it have tracking. I’ve had to put it in review twice now and I have yet to receive any news on it.

Shipped almost 4 days late

I’m happy with the product and I’m glad I could take advantage of the fall discount. However, I ordered my product and heard nothing for a week and a half. I had to open a support ticket to end up being told I had to provide proof of identity for my order to be processed. This was fine, I provided proof without issue, but why wasn’t I told about this when I placed the order? Why did I have to be the one reaching out to get this info? I could have cut out a week and a half of waiting had I been informed. I brought this up in my support ticket and got a non answer when I asked the same questions. I really want to support your company because I’ve used you in the past, but I also don’t want to sit in limbo for a week and a half and do the leg work to fix the situation. We’ll see if I make another order

Although everything arrived intact and in a timely manner, the merchandise was a disappointment. I bought two pipes, and neither one came close to looking like the one on your website. They are also minuscule.
