They refuse to pay their affiliates what they owe them. Not a company you should trust with your money.

Impossible to contact this company. I called, emailed and used their supposed chat support. Not a single reply or phone answer. I was trying to buy their glass through their wholesale program, thankfully I didn't spend any money before I realized they don't care about their customers or partners. I finally found a much better company with great customer service and faster shipping. Do yourself a favor and check out PiecePro Xpress instead, I've had good experiences with them.

Purchased a few items from this site because my usual site for parts was out of stock. The buying process isn't the issue. It's the complete lack of communication and transparency once they have your payment. I received an email stating the order was processing and I would get an email shortly with tracking information. After four days passed with no updates I emailed DankStops customer service asking for a status in regards to my order. An individual named Monty replied cheerfully that they were having technical difficulties. I found the response to be odd. I asked if they were having adverse weather, hostage situation, etc ? The reply was again, technical difficulties and no further information regrading my order. I again emailed asking for either a tracking number or a cancellation confirmation. I did not receive an email back for four more days. This was 3 days passed the original delivery date originally promised. When I finally received the tracking information it stated that the items shipped from New Jersey, ended up in San Francisco, CA and then shipped back to Tampa where I live. I left a lengthy review on their website (DankStop.com) and it was deleted and replaced with a number of self reviews. I had also found out the junk this place sells is all knockoff garbage from China. Everything they sell can be bought on DHGate.com at a fraction of the cost. Bottom line is, if you want quality, you will not receive it with this scam artist middleman site.
