I ordered a glass water twist beaker WITH the insurance and was sent a silicone mini-beaker, yes- silicone, (so much for paying for the insurance, right?). They do NOT answer the phone and show no compassion in emails (no apology for messing up the order, no explanation for how they could've mistaken a jet-black silicone mini-beaker for an all-glass, water twist bong), AND they continuously send me notices and direct me to pages on their website that tell me to not use the item they sent. Well, DUH. I wanted a glass bong and you sent me this tiny silicone, joke of a thing! This company is rude beyond belief. I could've ordered from another company and received my order accurately and timely. Instead, I have to go on here and file a review because of how absurd dealing with the company is. I don't write reviews & I'm surprised that a company with a pretty cool name like 'DankStop' is the one that I have to negatively comment on, but.. man, oh man. What a truly horrible experience! If I can save another person from going through what I went through, then I guess I gotta get on here and write a review. Save your money. They will take it and run!

Have been waiting 3 weeks for my package, this company is a joke.

Would give negative stars. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for one lil pen. An when it said it was here an it's wasn't outside I tried to call. They literally hung up on me multiple times. Still no reply from them. Do not buy s*** from here. Just go to the store.

Horrid customer service, failed promises, and a damaged package. Nice.

Due to the covid 19 situation they claimed they were running behind 2 to 3 days. Well, I've been waiting almost over a week now and still nothing g. I understand it's too much for much you guys. But don't lie to customers because you cant hustle.

Just go somewhere else and save the trouble. Boomheadshop shipped my product cheaper and faster. If I knew it would take over a week to ship a package I would’ve never ordered anything on here.

The cheapest product on the market and the most unresponsive customer service & sales I've ever seen from a company. They clearly just don't care. Additionally they censor negative reviews from Google and their website. Avoid at all cost

If I could rate a zero star rating I would. I purchased a medium 4 piece Santa Cruz shredder in the Rasta colorway. When I received my order I was stoked! Finally have the grinder I’ve been waiting for. I dig through the packing peanuts and find it! I open the box and pull the grinder out. 😢 the color of my grinder is Red, ORANGE and green.. this can’t be.. who would try to pass these colors as the Rasta colorway? DANKSTOP did.. when I contacted their customer service I was told this is how it’s shipped from Santa Cruz shredder and that it’s the updated Rasta colorway. If I saw these colors together on the DANKSTOP website I would have laughed and never ordered it. However, the pictures of the Rasta shredder on their website is clearly red, yellow/gold and green. To make this even more of a scam, they have an all orange shredder and guess what.. the oranges match.. so instead of offering to send me the yellow/gold piece of my shredder, they give me a $35 gift card and I never heard back from them. The most disappointing purchase I’ve ever made online and because they had the audacity to send me this shredder red, orange and green and then not make sure I got the Rasta shredder I ordered I’ll never purchase anything from them again.. I’ll be posting pictures on other review sites as well as a review video on yt.
