I had problems with item I ordered and let them know they had me a replacement to me in 3 days. If anyone has a problem with and order and it is legit complaint they will fix it as quickly as possible I would say I appreciate that and would buy my items from them from now on

The experience overall seemed seamless but I should have come over here to give me a heads up first that I’m just hoping my order will come on time because as a disabled vet it would really help me out. My order number is W574799. I was told it would get here from the 22-25 but so far hasn’t even shipped out yet. I know it has two days to get here but on your webpage says all orders get shipped out by 2pm same day. Well it’s past that already and no updates. Hopefully we won’t be experiencing the same as the other customers but I’ll update this as soon as I get my order.

Hi Melinda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry for the delay in processing you experienced. We had a bit o a backlog that resulted in shipping to exceed our average window. Your package has been sent out earlier this week and is expected to be delivered after the weekend. You can monitor the progress of the delivery through the tracking number we sent you. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to let us know! Have a wonderful weekend 😊

I ordered a nectar collector from here (with free shipping 🙌🏼) and they reached out pretty soon after to kindly tell me they were out of the color I chose. They gave me multiple options on how to proceed, including offering me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I chose to change the color and I bought a cute ash tray with the gift card! It was shipped really fast after that and arrived safely. Unfortunately, as we were trying it out my partner pointed out a 3/4” crack down the side. I figured it was too late for a refund/return because it had already been used but I shot them an email anyways. They quickly responded, offered me a full refund, and rounded up a few dollars too for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service! There’s a lot of shops like this online but I will be a return customer to Dankstop specifically for the reasons stated above. Big thank you to Brian who was the gentleman helping me! Still waiting on the ash tray but can’t wait!

Disapointed to say the least ,I had ordered a 4" stem and a 12" milky teal dopezilla bong, neither of which are in the box that was delivered. Instead there's a 6" stem that doesn't fit anything I own. Update Dank stop sold out of my original order. But after about a week of silence I get a email from their customer support and they’d like to send me another beautiful piece after waiting to hear my approval. Well I got it and it’s a beauty. So two thumbs up for dank stop and there customer support team!

Hi Jason, We really appreciate your continued patience and understanding. As we have communicated via email, the item was out of stock in the 12" variant, however we have a 16" one set aside for you. We are just awaiting your approval to send it out. If you are having troubles finding the email, check your spam and promotions tab. If you still can't find it, then reach out to us directly at [email protected] We also requested a picture of the stem you received so we can get this figured out and resolved for you ASAP. We're always here to help, so please don't hesitate to reach out!
