Hi Greg, We're sorry for the delay you are experiencing. I see that you placed 3 orders with us for 7 items. All items were shipping and delivered in a timely manner except for one. The Large Freezable Galaxy Spoon Pipe was delayed due to a warehouse issue with our supplier. This issue has been resolved and your order has been shipped. Your should have received an email with the tracking number which you can use to monitor the package. It takes some time for the tracking to update, but please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team if you have any further questions or concerns. Hi Tonia, We're terribly sorry for the delay in issuing you a refund. It seems that there was a little confusion when you filed for the claim. The claim was approved and a replacement order was created for the damaged item, you reached out an informed us that you requested a refund, so we canceled the replacement order as per your request. However, Route Package Protection did not update the request and issue the refund. We've reached out to them to have the refund sent out ASAP. Oh no, we're sorry to hear that you encountered such a problem. We take extensive measures to ensure products are packed safely. However, given the nature of our products, shipping accidents do occur on occasion. Please take a picture of the damaged stem and send it to us at [email protected] and we'll get a replacement sent out right away. We're sorry that we were unable to get your order sent out before Christmas. We did send it out on the 28th of December and as priority shipping it was out for delivery on the 30th of December. Unfortunately you missed the delivery and it was time consuming to reschedule delivery given how busy your local post office was during the holiday season. We hope you've been enjoying your Puffco, we're excited to continue catering to your smoking needs :)
