I ordered the GROV mini white Sherlock-style hand pipe from DankStop. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, but after contacting them via email about getting a tracking number, (three days after the order was placed), they reacted through an email and told me my order was being processed. They apologized for any kind of delay and told me they would email me with the tracking number as soon as they could get in touch with the supplier. Now, this item was listed as 'in stock'. Why did he tell me they are trying to get in touch with a supplier? It's been only a day since I last contacted them, but it's been 5 days and I still don't have my pipe. After reading these reviews, I'm starting to worry. I'm glad I didn't spend a butt-load of money on products from this site. What I do is, I'll buy something that doesn't cost too much from a place like this, and if everything goes smoothly, next time, I'll order a butt-load of products from the company. This place may never get my business again. I never got what I ordered , my package came opened and ripped with nothing inside it . I’d like you to send another Blue Little Dipper.

This company is terrible. I placed an order June 10th. And still hasn't arrived. Contact customer service via phone number and email without a response. This company sucks ass!

I received the item broken. I provided photos and the reply was that the item looked used. BS. I ordered the extra tracking which would have shown the item was delivered and within a few minutes I emailed photos of the broken piece. No time to even use it. Worse customer service I've ever had.

I ordered the wrong size part. Company advertises easy returns. I went on their site and followed the return protocol. No response. I sent a second email for return help. No response. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE>

Ordered a Puffco atomizer 2 times already from this online shop, both ordered always got updated immediately and had constant tracking and got here within a weeks time. It’s been about a week and the pre shipment hasn’t even moved yet. Worried this one might not get to me and it has charged my card. I can’t get in contact with support either, they just don’t reply to my emails
