Hi Brandon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that it was not a satisfactory experience. However, we highly value your opinion as it tells us where in our process we can improve in order to provide a best experience for our lovely customers. I took a look at your order and the internal correspondence between our support and fulfillment team regarding it. Unfortunately, during the Halloween sale, we receive a high volume of orders that surpassed our warehouse's daily output. Which resulted in the delay you experience as a backlog formed. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused by this, and we have been working on expanding our warehouse as well as utilizing our suppliers' warehouses in order to accommodate higher than average order volumes. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can assist you with. We hope to be able to serve you and show you the true DankStop experience as we aim to be the one-stop-shop for all your smoking needs. Have a great week ahead :)
