Hi Tim, I'm sorry to hear that you had less than a satisfactory experience with us. I took a look at your orders and I see that they had an order each. Did you mean to place an order for multiple items and the order didn't go through correctly? You were only charged for the items that were ordered and delivered. Hi Alex, We apologize for the delay in getting your main piece out. Unfortunately it seems your order was delayed due to a technical error. Once you informed us of the delay, we were able to get it resolved and have the item sent out. We hope you're enjoying your new Dr Dabber Boost! :)

Hi there, We're sorry for the delay in getting this resolved for you. Unfortunately since the tracking did not indicate an issue we were having a hard time getting similar information about your package from the shipping carrier. However, we have fully refunded your order and assuming the package as lost. We apologize that you had to go through that whole ordeal, we tried following up with the shipping carrier multiple times in an attempt to get this resolved, or have the package shipped back to us. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful. Given that the error was from your end, our hands were tied and we weren't able to do much. We hope your day only gets better from here. Hi Evan, Unfortunately you did not accept the request I sent for further information, so I am unable to look up your order and see how we can support you. We do our best to provide speedy delivery, however we did face a minor backlog in February that might have delayed your order slightly. But given that it's over a month of delay, I suspect there's more to the case.
