I seems that the items you ordered were out of stock, therefore your order was cancelled and a full refund was issued. You should find the funds back in your account as it normally takes 3-10 business days depending on your card provider. We apologize for the confusion. Came back to read more reviews and currently regretting that i didn’t read them before ordering. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. If there was an option for negative stars i would’ve chose that one.

Shipping issues are heartbreaking, that's why we collaborated with Route to minimize such problems, but they follow strict guidelines and investigate each case separately. Since the shipping address you entered was incorrect, there is not much we can do. Route Package Protection is the insurance your order needs for damaged, lost or missing packages. However, since the address was inputted incorrectly and we were not notified of this issue before delivery, the only option remaining is for the recipient to return the package to sender and we'd redirect it to you. Unless FedEx would be able to intervene. Again, we apologize that you are having to deal with such a situation. Given the unique circumstances of your case, our hands our tied. I would have selected negative stars if it were possible, I ordered March 22 your sight said I'd have my product by the following week , but here it is 30 days later and I've sent emails left messages on the customer service line left my info on multiple occasions and never got any type of response. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
