honestly a great company. my photo wasn’t the easiest to crop and they still managed to do a great job! i also made a mistake on the address and they sent it to me completely free of charge. the air fresheners make for great gifts!definitely ordering more of these.

I ordered one item that was so basic to create. It has taken 3 weeks and I finally received a response to my email and it’s still past the date I was supposed to receive it. Do not order from this company!

Dangle It has always provided me with such perfect products and they’re always so cute! The only issue I have ever had was the scent I chose of my last order not smelling very strongly (I think it was just the scent in particular, as I’ve never had this issue before). They were so eager to help me and “make things right” although I wouldn’t have complained if they wouldn’t be able to due to policy. Hannah was amazing to work with and my replacement has been expedited at no charge. I really wanted to write this review because Hannah deserves the recognition, but the company is incredible all around. It’s always so fun to receive my custom air freshener, and people love them as gifts. So fun! Yay DangleIt!

Scammers Do not buy from this company 1. **Failure to Ship in a Timely Manner:** The company did not ship my item within the promised timeframe. I was not informed of any delays until I proactively requested a refund. 2. **Refund Request Denied:** I requested a refund before the item was shipped. Despite this, my request was denied. The company then proceeded to ship the item, ignoring my cancellation request. 3. **Unsatisfactory Resolution Offered:** The company is now refusing to provide a full refund. Instead, they are only offering a 20% refund and insist that I pay for the return shipping costs, even though I have not yet received the product. Do not buy from this company

In the past, I have placed several orders with Dangleit and was very satisfied with my product. My most recent order was not the case. I was very disappointed with the total product; the scent was faint and the print quality was very dull and poor. I contacted the company with my concerns - submitting photos of the proof which showed vibrant colors, a photo of the finished product, and a photo of previously purchased products for reference. At first, they seemed concerned and said that I could request a reprint or a refund but I had to do it within 7 days of receiving my product. Since I was outside of that window, I am stuck with a subpar product. Two of the four that I ordered had not been opened. I guess the best advertisement is to display this crap and let the work speak for itself. My lesson learned is that if you are not satisfied with an order, contact the company immediately, otherwise, you are SOL.
