The finished product looked fantastic. They also let you know each step along the way what is going on, and you are never in the dark about where your air freshener is in the process. The finished product looks and smells great. I would buy from them again!!!

I am so happy with these air fresheners. Honestly, the pictures that I submitted weren't the best so I didn't have high hopes. The product was so much better than I expected! I can't wait to give these as a gift.

Ordered in November and a month later still hasn’t arrived. Lots of reports on Facebook of similar issues.

Placed an order four weeks before Christmas with an advertised delivery date of Dec. 10 at latest. A week later with no item, I contacted them for an update. They assigned a tracking number but 11days later it still hasn’t shipped. Social media posts seem to indicate there are many many people in the same situation-tracking numbers, no shipping, no info from Dangle It customer service. Had to dispute with my bank.

Good Quality... I've placed 3 orders times this Christmas season. I can't wait to see my kids faces when they open their gifts

Placed an order Nov 25 for a Christmas present and I am still waiting. Finally received a generic response from customer care that they would “upgrade” shipping once they ship it, whenever that may be. I already paid for shipping and paid too much for a car air freshener that won’t be here for the intended Christmas present.. so that is not helpful. Disappointed.

My husband travels for work, now his truck will smell great & he’ll be able to look up while driving & see his fur baby ❤️ Great quality, website easy to navigate, was kept up to date on production progress.

If you want to order a gift and it get here in a reasonable amount of time don't order from these people. Excuse aftter Excuse. Poor customer service and I am very disappointed. This company could care less
