Repeat customer here: I’ve ordered three years in a row and received the same great product each time. My family loves receiving a new air freshener each year in their stocking and we get tons of compliments throughout the year when people get in our cars and see our pup, Lilly! This is a custom product and they do get backed up during the holidays so order accordingly. I placed my order this year on November 24th and received it December 23rd.

Ordered on 11/27 for a Christmas gift. According to their portal, the order was ready for shipping on 12/11 with an expected delivery date of 12/17-12/23. Today is 12/23 and the order is still in the awaiting shipping status. Social media shows that hundreds of other customers are having the same poor experience. Disappointing.

I ordered 2 air fresheners (of the same picture) almost a month ago (11/29), so that they would be here in time for Christmas. Still have not shipped as of today (12/23). Very frustrating. They were supposed to be gifts. Reached out to customer service and said they would have them shipped out by last week and still no update.

I ordered two different air fresheners from Dangleit and they both came back perfect. They were both a picture of dogs and both recipients love them. I chose the linen scent which smells great. The process was very easy and I would highly recommend that these as a gift, or even for yourself.

Stay away. I ordered a month ago and still do not have the items that I paid for. I have received no tracking and when I reached out a second time it stated that it would take 5 business days to respond. I see them posting on social media every few hours on all of their platforms but yet they have no time to respond to customers. This is such a ripoff.

My sister has two dogs, one is getting too old to go for rides so I purchased a Dangle it so her dog could ride with her. The experience was great, I couldn't say how they could improve it was just awesome. I love her Dangle it and can't wait to give it to her for Christmas.
