My order shipped and arrived quickly, not my first or last order with Dangelico.

Dropped the guitar when I was at the store. Was told it was Re-ordered from the Cincinnati, and when I checked a week later, nothing had been done. Also was told I would get a return phone call from the Aspen....that never happened either. Finally got an email that the label was printed in New York but no ship date. All and all, nice guitars but the service in Aspen sucks.

Guitar arrived in perfect condition. Excellent packaging and it was in a nice soft sided guitar bag. In my 70s, I’m was a frustrated young man trying to self teach guitar( and a total failure). This quality guitar is my commitment to learning before my times expires!
