I gave you a 4-out-of-5 stars rating, because you had sent a discount "coupon" to me in an E-mail — that DIDN'T WORK when I finally bought an "accessory" (namely, a guitar case) at your website.

Customer service doesn't answer the phone or emails
Customer service doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return calls. They don't even answer emails. I need a part for my Excel59, and cant get D'Angelico to address my needs.. I have tried several times to contact by email and telephone. They make awesome guitars, but someone at customer service needs to be fired.

My new case…fast!
The only available case specifically for my Bedford Premier! Excellent quality…I wanted to crawl inside the lining it is so furry and soft! Then I put on my D’Angelico shirt and I need to order more. Perfect fit, soft comfy material. I couldn’t ask for more. Great stuff delivered fast, what more do you want?

Quick shipping. Outstanding brand. I own three D'angelico guitars, a Mercer Excel, a Fulton premier 12, and a premier Bedford SH. Even the Tshirt exceeded my expectations.
