I will be twice thinking
I ordered 2 things with a promo code . I ordered them Separtly because YOUR website will not let you do it any other way ! Or be able go back and Fix It ! I E mailed and I asked why I am getting charged shipping on both of the items ? And was to it was Because I ordered them separtly ? Then they arrive in the same package ? What UP ?

We're sorry you had difficulty using the promotional code. Most of our sales are only available to be used on one item at a time or on the total order based on the type of promotion that was offered. So unfortunately the system would not be able to automatically accept an order that breaks those terms. Separate shipping charges would automatically be applied on two separate orders. If the items were sent together, and the shipping weight was within the shipping limit for that shipping price, you will be refunded for the second shipping charge. Our team will look into this further and reach out with a resolution.

The folks over at D’Angelico were kind…
The folks over at D’Angelico were kind and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a neat Pigtronix pedal that I’m super happy with. They were also both from Mississippi which was a really cool thing to stumble across on my trip to Aspen. Thanks for the help, y’all! 10/10 would recommend 💜

Where's the customer service?
I called and left message regarding my purchase. No reply, nothing. I Still purchased my items despite, hoping they'll work. Poor attention to customer service, at least for this customer.
