The 12-string guitar started having horrible sharp cracking noises from the pickup ~1.5 weeks in. I checked across multiple amps/chords, same problem so returned the guitar. Also the 3rd&4th strings tuning pegs kept slipping mid song. Not the quality I expect from D’Angelico given past hollow body electric experience.

After adjusting the neck and bridge, the guitar plays effortlessly, and sounds great. The finish and hardware are beautiful.

I made a special trip out to Aspen Colorado location, and the store was closed, I then called and emailed the company and was able to get the item I wanted via mail and with all the help I needed. They were very helpful and I’m pleased with the hoodie I purchased.
