well for starters the guitar build and feel are perfect and the pickups are amazing! Who ever designed the pickups just hit it out of the park! So smooth and clean on there own but take pedals well! I never thought my Marshall could sound this good!

This is the second case for my Bedford that I've ordered as the first was lost when my basement flooded. Thankfully, the guitar was not downstairs at the time. Ordering was easy and efficient. Good case, good fit for the Bedford.

I reached out to customer service three different times attempting to get my 30% discount code so that I could purchase the guitar gig bag with that 30% discount. I never received any code or email from anyone in customer service. I finally purchased the gig bag and paid full price for it because I needed it. I was very disappointed in the customer service or lack there of. Shipping of the actual gig bag was fine and I appreciated the prompt shipping, but I didn’t wanna pay full price for it because I thought I was getting a 30% discount when I registered my guitar.

I want to buy 2 hard cases for both SS style guitars. No product for the last 10 mos AND no response from info@Dangelico dot com. 🫤

The case is very nice and fits perfectly! The tracking was not the usual UPS or FedEx tracking but a 3 rd party that wanted me to sign up and download their app… not cool. Glad you wrapped the case in a sealed plastic bag as just the day before we had 3.5” of rain and it could have soaked the case thru the cardboard!
