Shipping charge was too high
Truss rod cover delivered in reasonable time frame and in good condition. However, $8 shipping seems a bit high for such a small part.

Excellent Customer Experience
My new Grateful Dead guitar strap is of excellent quality, made of beautiful materials and is very comfortable and stable. I thought it was sold at a fair price and matches my D’ Angelico acoustic in the design elements unique to D’Angelico Guitars. Finally, the shipping was fast and packaging solid.

DC pickgaurd
I ordered a DC pickgaurd which does not fit a DC mini. A representative from D'Angelico is helping me resolve this issue.

Hi Dr. Merrick. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I just checked your order status and its showing that your strap was shipped on December 28th and was estimated to be delivered by January 3rd. The USPS update shows it should be out for delivery today. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience.
