Finally got ahold of James!
I placed my order 3-4 weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten a conformation number from them; I haven’t heard from them. I have never ordered online from a company before that doesn’t take your credit card number at the time of your order. When ordering, the site said something like, ‘they would settle up with me’ in __(?) wks. They were having a Summer sale on the item so I wanted to make sure to get the sale price. Do they not really sell the product they advertised? Have I just slipped through the cracks? Was this site a legitimate store? I don’t know. I will up grade my rating if I ever hear from them. Luckily I didn’t give them my cc! UPDATE: apparently I did fall through the cracks! This company is a brick and mortar store trying to establish online ordering! I was finally able to get ahold of James to put my order in for the Savvy Rest Puddle pad. He was very friendly and apologetic about the glitch.. He honored the sale price. The only disappointing part of the order was that he said it could take 3-4 wks. To receive the puddle pad! I will update my review when the order is received. PB

Hi Patricia! Yes, it appears you slipped thru the cracks. We are implementing the buy online process, as we are a brick and mortar store. James at the store is trying to find your contact info to reach out to you...but you can always reach out to him at 469-232-2333. We will of course honor any sale price you saw during that sale!
