I ordered a mattress on August 5. It’s October 17. I was told 3-6 weeks. It’s been over 2 months. No communication from Dallas Natural mattress. I call each week , leave messages and occasionally someone picks up the phone. They still cannot give me an arrival date. The standard answer is “probably about 2 more weeks.” I know the product will be great when I get it but we are sleeping in a borrowed mattress after moving and getting rid of ours. So ready for the new mattress! I would only advise ordering from Dallas Natural Mattress if you have 3-4 months time to wait for it.

6-29-19: It's been 6 weeks since I've ordered and still have yet to receive my mattress/box & pillows. I was told at time of order it would be 2-3 weeks for items to come in and be delivered to me. Store personnel were not proactive in contacting me regarding this delay, I've had to contact them to see why this is taking so long. The store personnel were not proactive in reaching out to the companies supplying the box and pillows to check why their shipments were taking abnormally long. I was finally contacted by the store at 5 weeks to say my order has com in and another person would be contacting me later that same day to schedule delivery. That other person never called. I had to call back a few days later to check on delivery scheduling and was told again that the delivery scheduler would be contacting me that day, they never have and that was 4 days ago. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service after an order has been placed. Store personnel is very nice and helpful while you're in the store so you'll buy, but after that they really drop the ball. It's anyone's guess now as to when or if I'll ever receive my order. Update 7-15-19: My mattress, box, and pillow were finally delivered at 6.5 weeks after ordering. The delivery person was very nice and courteous.
