we’re going to buy less expense chair Costco sells...this is our 2nd chair from Daiwai...real happy with the upgraded chair with arms and feet included...we bought the Pegasus 2...It does everything...we bought the chair at the fairgrounds and they gave us an awesome warranty because we are a repeat customer...It rocks...our old chair still worked and gave it to our friend...

One of the best investments ever. We love it and it works great, use it every day. Still learning how to use everything on the control. Tony and Linda Hawn

I already owned one massage chair and saw these on sale at Sam’s. it felt pretty good and we ordered it. the delivery and set up was excellent. Unfortunately after sitting in the chair at home I realized two things: first of all that even though the foot rest would extend out further for a taller person it would not stop where you wanted it to. This feature is on my other massage chair. So when the foot rest came to the appropriate link you basically had to hold it there with your feet which was unacceptable and the second thing that I found multiple settings were way too vigorous even when I dial them down to the lowest setting it was just painful. Fortunately I bought it used from Sam’s they took it back and it’s interesting that I saw it on sale on the floor the next day for half the price I paid for it. these two negative points if you’re not aware of these are your first time massage your buyer will really cause you grief.

Dear William, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback! We're sorry to hear that your chair from Sam's Club didn't work out to your liking. Just so you are aware, the Orbit's legrest is manual. The auto-sensing leg adjustment is available with the upgraded Orbit 2. Also, while most of our customers appreciate a vigorous massage, we offer a free chair pad for those wishing to soften the effect. We apologize that your sales rep didn't fully explain these points to you. Thank you for trying Daiwa Massage Chair! Thank you, Daiwa Massage Chair Customer Support

CHAIR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AFTER THE REPAIR PERSONS LEFT. HEATER AND FOOT ROLLERS WERE NOT WORKING AND AT THE END OF EACH MASSAGE SESSION YOU HAD TO TURN THE POWER SWITCH OF TO RESET.

Dear Chae, Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I know that our regional branch office has resolved this with you, but I wanted to apologize again for the hiccup! Just to confirm what you discussed with our local branch: since the repair didn't work, we have replaced your chair with a new version which is working as expected. I'm glad we were able to work this out so that you can enjoy your Daiwa Massage Chair and "Relax Like Royalty"! Thank you, Daiwa Massage Chair Customer Support

It would be nice if it had customizable features for each user and a way to set up a custom program. :-)

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Some of our models actually have a user memory setting. But we will think about it to be equipped with another model as well. Custemer Support Team Daiwa Massage Chair
