The purchase was amazing. Sale person was very informative and knew everything about the chair. Answered all my questions and more. Not like other massage chair companies that have sale persons who didn't know much about the chair and tried to sell. Fast delivery and professional setup and test. This chair is the best massage chair that I have ever own. Very satisfied and enjoying it every day.

I have submitted two tickets to their customer support site, over a month period, and never got a response. I received an automated response with a ticket number, but no person ever follow up with me. We're having a serious issue with the heating element of our massage chair and now I feel like I've thrown away $4000! A year later and we still have no resolution on this. I got a letter from Daiwa's parent corp, US Jaclean, in April saying that they would initiate a return. They acknowledged their negligence and said they wanted to make it right and they would reach out... and nothing. Do not buy from this company!!

Great chair! My one suggestion is that they incorporate memory settings so that you don't have to manually put in your preferences each time.
