Be aware!! I ordered neck stretcher and after 10 days its not shipped. Contacted for refund and they keep on sending me a stupid email saying "we have contacted our warehouse manager regarding your order". Looks like I will be contacting my credit card company...

Although I ordered neck stretcher on oct 25, my item has not shipped yet (more than 45 days). I can follow the order status. I wrote so many e-mail but no proper answer I got. In addition I claimed pay back. Again no response and no pay back. I never buy anything from Dainely and advise my friends.

I ordered a product 10 days ago, I even paid for it, they provided me with a delivery status which now says package was delivered in Switzerland, while I live in Greece. I wrote them an email couple days ago for this, yet no response from their end. I wrote to them again today, asking them to deliver my package to me or refund me, and yet no responce either.

I placed my order on 12th October and received an email on 13th October telling me it had been shipped. A month later and it still hasn't been shipped. After contacting the company, they sent me a ridiculous email saying that delivery to the Balearic Islands would attract high V.A.T. and customs charges and would take an extra 20 to 35 days to deliver. They requested that I provide them with an address on the mainland to ship to - seriously! The Balearic Island are a region of Spain, there are no different V.A.T. or customs rules. Also, I regularly order goods from overseas, shipping takes 1 day extra to deliver to islands. I have sent several emails requesting a refund but they go unanswered. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I have requested three times to cancel my order an issue a refund after the shipping progress has been stagnant for a long time. They simply reply with "we are pleased to let you know your item is on the way". We'll, I'm not "pleased", but they don't care. This company is the worst! STAY AWAY. You will just loose your money.

They lied about their refund and return policy. They said they would give refund for any reasons but when I tried to return, they said they would only give 50% refund b/c they would be at a loss to refund 100%!!!! Stay away!

BEWARE!! They WILL NOT respond to you when you dislike their products. I've sent them multiple emails complaining and requesting a Refund for a defective product that is worth $50 But NEVER WORKED, and all what I got was full ignorance!! They have no supervisor that you may talk to, they have just one email. They are not professional, low quality products, horrible customer service. Please do NOT waste your money. You can get all their products from Amaz.on where you will be treated as a valuable customer.
