Don't fall into their fraudulent advertisement,when my neckpiece was not working,i asked them for replacement and in reply they asked me for a fiver star review here.If anyone wants the proof,i have it with me.Avoid them if you are expecting any refund and replacement of their disputed products🙏

Be very careful if you purchase anything from this company outside of America, I purchased an item from them from a .co.uk webpage & paid in sterling, It took 2 weeks to arrive which was i expecting as i purchased it over the Christmas period so i knew there would be a backlog of orders & deliveries, When the item arrived it was faulty so i emailed them the same day it arrived, After a couple of weeks of emailing them & getting no reply i contacted Paypal as the item was paid through them, Paypal started a claim with the company & after a few more emails back & forth with Paypal i got an email from Dainley's asking for a picture of the fault & then a video which i sent, After several more days i got an email from them asking if i wanted to keep the item for a 30% refund but as it was faulty there was no point & i emailed them this, I then got another email asking if i wanted a 50% refund to keep the item & i again i reply no, I then received an email asking me to send the item to America which i refused to do as it was going to cost almost as much as the item was worth & as i bought it from a UK website & paid in Sterling i would only send it to a UK based address, I got a reply from them saying their returns policy states its the buyers responsibility to pay for the return postage which would be fine if i was sending it to a UK address but as they know the postage to return an item if you are outside America is going to cost you almost as much as the items they sell so if you get a faulty item I'm assuming they hope you will just write it off & let them keep your money & you can keep the faulty piece of rubbish they sent you, To say i believe this companies sales & returns tactics are totally underhanded is an understatement as there is nothing in any of the stages of paying for this item did it state the item will be dispatched from America, As far as i was concerned this was a UK company suppling items from within the UK, I have now contacted my credit card company to get my payment back as Paypal are only sending me the normal cut & paste emails about how the seller has sent me a returns address & to put the item in the post by such & such a date blah blah blah. The amount i would lose if i let this go isn't a big deal but its the principle of selling faulty items in one country then expecting you to send it to a country half way around the world when they know most people wont......

I bought the back belt and the ergo seat and both are overpriced and ineffective. The belt is completely out of shape after only a couple of weeks use, therefore the 90-days so-called "iron-clad, risk-free money-back guarantee" return policy (belt must be in new condition?!) must be a joke. The "Ergo Cushion" actually caused more pain because of the way it cuts into the back of the legs when driving a car! I seriously doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews here! Edit: Since writing this review the company has haggled with a 30% refund, then a 50% refund and finally a 70% refund – but only if I remove this negative review and give them "a 5-star rating according to their policy". Needless to say, I would not trust this company with your health issues. I have been more than patient with their "support team", but have no more time or inclination to haggle. I have turned over the matter to PayPal dispute.

BEWARE OF SCAM!!! Cheap garbage products made and shipped from China. Nonexistent customer service!!! Do not buy!

I purchased the Dainely belt because I was suffering from a particularly bad case of sciatica. It was a brilliantly produced video that sold me. Nowhere in the process was it disclosed that this item would be shipped from China and it would be weeks before it arrives.

Dainely Device gave me a tracking number, and it hasn't been working. This is the same message I've been receiving since the 9th; "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later." I should have checked their reviews first🙁

Very disappointed about their customer service, I have sent 3 emails asking about my order and no reply. It continues to say that my order has not shipped and there is no answer from the company. Still figuring out if this was a scam, I hope not.

Emailed customer support to return an item and receive a refund, in accordance with Dainely refund policy. Never received a reply and there is no phone number. This company is fraudulent P.S. Update as of January 13, 2024: The company replied below to my comment above, but has yet to actually reply to my emails and this matter remains unresolved. I've already provided my order number (#108985) several times by email. Perhaps the company only replied here publicly to make themselves look good, while not actually solving the matter? Attention Dainely: I will be happy to indicate here that this matter is resolved if you actually resolve it
