Not all companies / suppliers follow up the package until it is in hands of client. The fact that supplier send an email to follow up is the best way to communicate. It is 'healthy` for clients` after sales support.

This belt has given me back the ability to walk around shops, and just generally walking about. Next to no pain which Is great after suffering for a few years with back pain which was worse when standing still in queues. I would recommend anyone to try this out.

At first I was sceptical as I first saw it as a sponsored Ad on Facebook. I investigated further copying and pasting their web address in on Google, they looked to be an honest company so I took a punt and ordered a back belt for sciatica relief. I had tried several belts over the course of a year and none of them did much for my sciatic pain. The belt took about 10 days to arrive from USA to UK, a good service by any standards, good communications throughout the process right up to delivery. The belt actually works 100%, don’t ask me why or how, it just does!!
