I initially ordered the sciatica belt, which never arrived. NO FAULT OF DAINLEY, i unfortunately live in South Africa where parcels doesn’t always get delivered due to thefts at SA Post Offices. Contacted Dainley and with no hesitation they delivered a replacement by door to door courier at their cost. I'm extremely happy with the product and service and will not hesitate to buy more products from them. I would recommend Dainley to use door to door services to deliver goods to South Africa and charge the clients accordingly. I highly recommend DAINLEY for all your online purchases and peace of mind.
