I bought the belt for back pain and sciatica. I had a problem with the delivery, and thought that it was a fake thing. Was very disappointed at first. But after communicating my delivery ssue with the support team, they immediately contacted me and gave me all the support and assistance. In a couple of days I received my item at home.
