This belt is a game changer for me. I have a bulge disc and a herniated disc. I wear this all the time and it really helps. I would recommend this product .

My new belt arrived on time and securely packaged. I have not had any lower back pain/sciatica since I’ve been wearing this for about 4-5 hours each day, along with doing my normal stretches before and after workouts. It works! After 2 days I got instant relief when wearing. My rule is, wear it when I’m out and don’t wear it at home. So I’m wearing it for about 9 hours a day. When I take it off it’s the pain instantly comes back, so it’s definitely the belt that’s keeping the pain away. Can’t wait to see how it is after a few weeks to a month!
