A lot of companies do not realize that even if their product is very good, a bad or weak customer service can ruin reputation. It is surely not the case at Dainely's The customer service is excellent. It is run with great interest and care for the client. My purchase, Dainely belt, is quite recent to give an honest general review about it. But within a week there is already a noticeable improvement. Something prescribed pills have failed to achieve. Any query I had and forwarded to the customer care section was attended to within a matter of minutes. As in restaurants, what is the point of having best food when the service is bad. At Dainley's both product and service are 1st class. Thanks and keep it up.

Love this belt. Works as described, super comfortable and releives pain quickly.

I have received my order yesterday and I was excited to try.I wear the belt at work and for the first time in 6 years suffering from lumbar instability, It relieves the pain more than taking a massage session! I kept on telling to my colleagues that it works and true!!! We’re scared to order again on Facebook advertisement as we got scam last time.If the order arrives, meaning Its not a scam. So I ordered your product based on the reviews you’re getting on the FB. It works, I got relieved with my back pain. I don’t want to believe it before, I just asked my daughter to buy it for me. I used it all the time, to work, to bed. It’s good I don’t mind buying it again.

My belt was redirected as I wasn't home , unfortunately due to bank holiday and lack of understanding of re delivery it was sent back to sender , however service was 10/10 from sales dept and eventually I received it within a week

I was really skeptical on this product but I’ve been suffering lower back pain for years. After the first day of receiving this belt I noticed after walking no pain while walk and even sitting and getting up it’s amazing to not feel the aching sensation.

It's been a great experience, I cannot undermine it. I've been suffering from a back pain and sciatica for over 10 years. Did everything I could and worked with several physios, but couldn't get well. I even did acupuncture at some point. I've been using the DAINLEY belt for close to two months now, and I can only say the results are fascinating. I feel better each day. The bump on my spine is getting smaller and my waist and hips are becoming less painful. I would recommend same to anyone suffering from a similar problem. Do not also forget to include stretching while using the belt.
